Outstanding Features:
- Body: The body is of welded ribbed steel of large
section with sample margin of strength sufficient to absorb all
operating shocks.
- Jaws and Cheek plates: Jaw plates are of
Manganese - Steel and are reversible thus increasing the life a jaws
considerably. The cheek plates are of Managanese - Steel and are
designed for close fitting to the jaws to protect the body against wear.
- Swing Jaw: The swing Jaw is made of steela d is substantial in section. Swing law palte is mounted on it.
- Pitman: The swing lever is made of cast steela dn
is fitted with Roller-Bearings. The bearings are equipped with grease
lubricators. It is adjusted by a wedge block-device at the rear of the
crusher/Granulator and is directly operated by the eccentric shaft and
by the Toggle.
- Toggle Plates: The easily replaceable Toggle
plates are designed for correct jaws movement and act as safeguard in
the event uncrushable material accidentally entering jaws.
- Flywheels: Two heavy cast iron flywheels are
fitted and balanced to ensure smooth steady running one of the
Flywheels is coupled to take the drive from the Motor.
- Eccentric Shaft and Bearings: Massive rigid
eccentric shaft is made of special steel and runs in heavy duty sell
aligning roller bearings, placed in specially designed housing provided
with dust covers.
- Safety Devices: At the time of accidental
overloading, the Toggle pallets, fitted with a rod and coil spring
automatically fall down and the crusher becomes free of load.

given are neither minimum nor maximum due to vide variation in the
crushing characteristic of different Rocks & Ores. Rating are based
on continuous feed and the size of the feed should not exceed 80% of
the crusher opening size.
